3 out of 5 stars A Competent but Not Stellar Product that Requires Elbow Grease   August 4, 2008
I have used earlier versions of this product for years in my cars and had very good results. Recently I used this new Gold Class leather cleaner/conditioner but had mixed results. If your leather is not very dirty, you'll probably be pleased. But as another reviewer has rightly noted, this product seems to require a LOT of elbow grease if you are to successfully remove stubborn stains or ground in dirt. One good thing .. it did not darken my leather, which is a plus for those with light colored leather interiors. I am now planning to try Lexol to address the areas of my leather seating that this Meguiar's product failed to clean.

4 out of 5 stars Good, pain to apply, but it works.   August 1, 2008

This definitely is one of the more annoying leather care to apply. Rub in, let sit, rub off excess with clean towel. Definitely requires some elbow grease, but hey..my leather was clean, and felt nice and comfy again. The spray on easy wipe stuff doesn't work like that...I guess all good things always require a bit more elbow grease, but this is a great product. I used it on my leather couch too.

After using the very best and most expensive products from the world over this product is on top of them all.
Make several applications like every week for the fisrt month latter once a month for 3 months after that every 6 months: better than new!!

2 out of 5 stars Leather cleaner and conditioner   March 14, 2008

I used this product on my vehicle's leather seats. (1998 Aurora) It didn't do as good of a job as I had expected. I didn't notice much difference in the appearance after using it, and my seats are just a touch on the slippery side now. The scent isn't too bad...not overpowering or "smelly". :)

5 out of 5 stars Make this your standard leather conditioner   October 31, 2007

Multi use great product overall. It does not have the strong odor that most leather conditioners have. I apply this once a month to my black car seats and it almost brings it back to life especially those folds on the seats that wrinkle up too much and appear to "lose" color.
Just remember to use some extra microfiber towels to dry the conditioner off, you don't want to be flying off your seat every time you brake! :)

I also use this sometimes on my leather jackets and a bit on my formal shoes too!
