PIAA bulbs October 24, 2008 Amazon had the best deal i could find on these H7 55 watt bulbs, took about a week for the bulbs to arrive, in my opinion for nite driving they forsure are brighter than the stock bulbs were, now i'm anxious to find out how long they will last
Great Light October 6, 2008 This bulb is expensive but it has much greater light then the standard bulbs. Great headlight.
Bright light, good illumination September 9, 2008 I installed the Xtreme White Plus (H7 and HB3 styles) to replace the original Philips long life halogens that came with my car.
I immediately noticed the improved illumination and the much whiter hue. The original bulbs look distinctly orange/yellow in comparison. More useful though is that I can see objects much earlier - a definite plus and it may help prevent an accident.
Subjectively, I like the white color, it seems to be just right without gimmicky blue or purple.
Delivery was quick and hassle free.
I am not giving 5 stars as I believe it is possible to get even brighter light for the same Watt rating. That said, I am still a very satisfied customer. Recommended.
Ok I guess August 31, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am not an expert on headlamps, but to me there does not appear a lot of difference between these and the stock standard lamps. Maybe a little whiter and brighter but not dramatic. Not convinced it was worth the extra dollars.

After all the hype about PIAA, they were no better than my stock bulbs. Nothing "Super White" about them that I can see. Look for 5k bulbs before these.
