Actually works good November 7, 2008 Unlike what some reviewers said, it works acurately and is easy to get a reading from. I do agree with the part that it is cheaply made, but it does not break if you are careful, and it is the best I forund for bikes. Not much of a choice out there.
Great meter, so-so alignment for cruiser November 3, 2008 Using this on a 2005 Roadstar. It is possible to use on the rear only if you bend the (small/stubby, straight) valve stems over a bit. Still hard to get a good seal every time. Gauge reads fine when you get a good seal however. Would like to see a gauge with a 100-110 degree head. Just a bit of a bend to avoid the brake rotors and still fit the stem.
Rating: pretty good gauge, bit bulky and won't fit all bikes. Recommended with reservations.
Design deceptive October 29, 2008 Digital readout, pretty simple to use. I don't run a lab so I can't speak on accuracy or precision/repeatability, however there is one area we all can see. From the design you would think you can hold the rubber part and use the tool. Nope. You hold the metal part to push onto the air valve, otherwise it won't seat. So the rubber is in the wrong place.
Isn't worth the money October 26, 2008 I bought this for my motorcycle tires, however the thing doesn't fit that great and isn't very accurate, get different readings every time i check it.
Mogtorcycle tire gauge October 24, 2008 A compact 90 degree gauge that you can actually fit onto a mororcycle front wheel with large brake rotors. Inexpensive, easy to take along and easy to use. Great find! BMW rider.
