Product is junk, customer service is horrible December 18, 2008
I purchased a snowmobile cover, they sent me a car cover. It came in a box that says CAR COVER and it does not fit my snowmobile, which was measured correctly before placing my order. They still tried to convince me that this was a snowmobile cover.
As for the product, it is made out of flimsy nylon/plastic type material, which is sewn together from pieces. When you hold up the cover to the light, you can see holes along the seams that were created by the sewing machine needle. So much for being water proof. Rain and snow can go through these holes, defeating the purpose of having a cover.
I sent them numerous emails, requesting a return, finally they called me to inform me that they would not take the cover back for a full refund. They wanted me to pay for return shipping, plus a restocking fee. I initiated my claim via amazon to recover my money.
I do not recommend this company or their product to anyone. Most certainly I will not buy from them again.
